We are always trying to reduce shipping costs but also want to make sure you get your order safely and as fast as possible.
We use Australia Post to send our packages all around Australia.
For safe secure arrival of your order we use signature on delivery and you will sign for your order on arrival.

In Australia Divine Empress uses postage over Australia by Australia Post. All items are posted via Australia Post within 24 hours for items in stock.
Your delivery costs will be automatically calculated on checkout.
You have a choice of standard shipping or express. We send jewellery orders by express shipping. We send all other orders by standard shipping unless you request express shipping. The flat rate charged is calculated automatically for standard shipping. If you request express shipping then we will email you an invoice for payment of this extra postage charge for express. Alternatively if the standard shipping flat rate charge works out to cover the express shipping cost for small orders then we will automatically send your order express shipping to you instead of standard.
International: including New Zealand.
For all orders shipped outside of Australia the shipping cost is calculated by the weight and cubic dimensions of the order. This is done automatically as you check out.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item if it is not able to be supplied. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
