Essential Therapeutics Roman Chamomile Essential Oil 3% in Jojoba Oil 10ml

• This 3% dilution is primarily designed to be used ‘as is’ or diluted somewhat to be used directly on the skin.
• The product does not usually require further dilution.  For sensitive skin & babies dilute with Organic Jojoba Oil
• Massage 10 drops gently onto stomach in a clockwise direction 1 to 2 times daily when needed.
• Massage a few drops into pulse points before bed or when sleep is disrupted.
• Massage up to 10 drops on location 1 to 2 times daily when needed.
• Do not apply inside mouth or ears, anywhere near the eyes, or other sensitive areas of the body.
• If pregnant or under a doctor’s care consult your health practitioner.
• Not for internal use: if ingested do not induce vomiting, drink milk, consult a health specialist
• Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water
• Keep out of reach of children
• Store below 30 Degrees C
