4 Meditation Tips to enhance your health & environment.

Tip No. 1 Meditate with Selenite Crystals. Hold a Selenite Crystal palm stone in both hands, place a Selenite Crystal on a low table in front of you or wear selenite jewellery during meditation.

Selenite crystal is a form of crystallised gypsum named after the Greek Moon Goddess “Selene”. This beautiful crystal has a very fine vibration and is said to instil deep peace and assist opening the crown and higher crown chakras making it an excellent crystal for meditation or spiritual work. A large piece of Selenite placed in the house is said to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.  It is an ancient stone and metaphysically believed to be one of the most powerful crystals used to balance and cleanse the seven main chakras. It is a perfect crystal for cleaning the energy field and cleansing the aura.

Tip No. 2 Meditate with Natural or Certified Organic Beeswax Candles. To use candles for meditation, you will need to choose a non-toxic candle. Many candles today are made from toxic chemicals and they release harmful vapours while the candle is lit and should not be used for meditation.

1. Place the candle with a candle holder on a table approximately 20 inches (50 cm) in front of where you are sitting on a chair.  Then, light the candle and begin to clear our mind and focus on the flame.  
2.  Once you are finished meditating make sure you blow out the candle and extinguish the flame. Be careful when blowing out a candle. We recommend snuffing a candle, rather than blowing it out. “Blowing” a candle out may cause hot wax to be spread. Candles can be fire hazards and should not be left unattended. Always make sure you extinguish any candles before leaving the room.
3.  You will need a special snuffer that you place over the flame. The flame goes out when the oxygen in the bell shaped dome is used up by the flame and so the flame can no longer burn. Don’t rush removing the snuffer, leave it there for at least 15 seconds so the smoke does not escape.

Tip No. 3 Meditate with Essential Oils.
